PLEASE READ: Hollywood Recovery Centers Policies

We are currently accepting patients into both Gravity Treatment Centers and Hollywood Recovery Centers at this time with increased precautions. We have implemented a full-scale infection control plan, including the following:

  • Increased housekeeping procedures for infection control
  • Additional sanitary supplies including antibacterial soap, hand sanitizers, antimicrobial wipes, bleach, and disinfectant sprays.
  • We have increased cleaning and maintenance for a complete a thorough wipe down of all residences and common areas. Staff has been instructed to perform continuous disinfection of surfaces and other areas where infection can be transmitted, i.e., doorknobs, light switches, etc.
  • All employees are urged to stay home if they have any signs or symptoms of being ill. Employees who report to work ill will be sent home in accordance with these health guidelines.
  • Employees planning to travel out of the country are required to contact Human Resources, in advance, to discuss possible restrictions and quarantines mandated by CDC guidelines.
  • Due to the nature of our business, telecommuting is not conducive to our work environment and our ability to serve our clients. Currently, all employees will report to their work locations as usual. We will communicate any updates as needed based on CDC guidelines.

Client Precautions Aside from the increased education on infection control protocols being provided, we have also set some guidelines put in place in order to limit exposure.

  • Client outings have been temporarily postponed (this includes outside meetings) - alternative options have been made
  • Grocery shopping at outpatient levels of care will be done online
  • Clients are urged to keep a safe distance from other persons
  • Clients have been instructed to report to medical staff any symptoms
  • Constant hand washing throughout the day
  • Cover your cough/sneeze

Clients and or visitors will not be allowed into the facility if they have any of the symptoms listed under clinical features and or if they have been in a high-risk coronavirus Area.
If a client does contract coronavirus, they will be isolated and quarantined on location. The client will only be handled by designated staff with the proper PPE. The local Department of Health (or equivalent agency) will be informed so that they may come out and provide further guidance on how to best handle the individual. All suspected cases are reported to the Department of Health (or local agency) who will be handling it accordingly. A deep cleaning will occur at the location that has a PUI present. The deep cleaning includes top to bottom disinfectant and heavy antimicrobial solutions while all clients remain in their room during this time.
Upon admission to our detox programs, all clients will undergo an evaluation which includes checking their temperature for fever, observation for any coughing, sneezing or respiratory issues, etc, and blood work on a case by case basis.

Welcome to the Hollywood Recovery Centers

Our Programs

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) can sometimes be referred to as day rehab. It allows someone seeking treatment to have the intensity of residential recovery programs but to return to their own home or a sober living at night.

Intensive Out-Patient Program (IOP)

While IOP treatment can involve one-on-one counseling, there is a focus on group therapy. … The lengths of IOP programs differ from person to person as they start to manage a successful recovery from addiction. In  IOP, clients sometimes have individual treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

Residential Detox Program

Located in Desert hot Springs, CA, our 24/7 medically-supervised residential detoxification ensures our patients detox both comfortably and safely.
